基于线性目标规划的切削参数多目标优化模型

摘    要:切削参数是切削过程优化最重要的控制因素.为了研究切削参数的多目标优化问题,采用了线性目标规划理论,建立了以最大金属切除率和最小工件表面粗糙度作为优化指标的多目标优化模型.以切槽车刀的车削为实例,采用目标单纯形法求得其最优解,确定了每一个目标函数与事先给定的对应目标值的逼近程度.这种模型为实际生产中,根据各项指标的目标值来选择最优切削用量,提供了一种新的理论方法.

Multi-objective Optimal Model of Cutting Parameters Based on Linear Goal Programming

Abstract:Cutting parameters are the most important control factors in cutting process.To study the problem of multi-objective optimization of cutting parameters,the linear goal programming theory is adopted to build a multi-objective optimal model with as the objective functions of the maximum rate of metal removal and the minimum surface roughness of a workpiece.Taking the process of grooving as an example,the optimal solution is worked out with objective simplex method.The degree of approximation between every objective function and given corresponding target value is observed.The model offers a new method to choose the optimal cutting parameters according to given target values.
