| 摘 要： | 用体外液体单层培养技术研究了小鼠胸腺、脾脏和淋巴结成克隆性基质祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｆ）的辐射敏感性：胸腺ＣＦＵ－Ｆ的Ｄ０值为２．３Ｇｙ，ｎ值为１．５，脾脏为２．８Ｇｙ和１．２，雨淋巴结的则为２．７Ｇｙ及１．４。脾致密型ＣＦＵ－Ｆ亚群的Ｄ０值为２．１Ｇｙ，ｎ＝１．５；而松散型ＣＦＵ－Ｆ亚群的Ｄ０＝４．４Ｇｙ，ｎ＝１．２。这为大剂量辐射损伤混输基质细胞以提高受体免疫造血功能，提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | By using the technics of culture of immuno-stromal progenitors in vitro,we studied their radiosensitivities after irradiation in various doses.The values of D,and n of thymus,spleen and lymph node were 2.3 Gy and 1.5,2.8 Gy and 1.2,2.7 Gy and 1.4 respectively.The radiosensitivity of the CFU-F subgroups which formed dense colonies was significantly higher than that of loose colonies,when cultured in vitro. |
