油气弹簧刚度和阻尼特性及其影响因素仿真分析

摘    要:介绍油气弹簧的结构和工作原理,研究其静刚度和阻尼特性,并建立数学模型进行仿真.分析初始气柱高度对静刚度影响,环形腔、阻尼孔和单向阀面积对阻尼特性影响.结果表明,初始气柱高度越短,随着活塞杆压缩量增加静刚度越大;阻尼力与环形腔面积三次方成正比,与等效阻尼面积平方成反比.

Abstract:The structure and the operating principle of a hydro-pneumatic spring were introduced, the characteristics of its static stiffness and damping were studied, and its simulation model was built. The effects of initial gas column height on the stiffness were analyzed. The influences of the areas of the orifice, the annular chamber, and the check valve on the damping were discussed respectively. The results showed that, the shorter the initial gas column height was, the greater the stiffness would be; the damping force was proportional to the cube of the annular chamber area, in inverse ratio with damping area.
