摘    要:在大豆分离蛋白热压过程中,研究环氧氯丙烷添加量对塑料吸水率、抗拉强度和伸长率的影响,研究环氧氯丙烷增塑大豆分离蛋白塑料的特性,分析环氧氯丙烷作为大豆分离蛋白增塑剂的优缺点,得出结论:环氧氯丙烷改性大豆分离蛋白后,能得到具有优良性能的塑料。

Abstract:During the process of hot-pressing of the soy protein isolates biodegradable material, the effect of epichlorohydrin content on water absorption, tensile strength and elongation was studied. The property of soy protein isolate plastics plasticized by epichlorohydrin was also investigated. The advantage and shortcoming of epichlorohydrin as plasticizer was analyzed, the results showed that it can get excellent plastic after being modified by epichlorohydrin.
