| 摘 要： | 随着水利工程建设监理制度的建立和发展,规范水利工程建设监理行业、提高项目管理水平、优化资源组合,制订一套科学合理的水利工程建设现场监理人员配置管理标准迫在眉睫。在识别影响要素的基础上,区分施工阶段及专业项目测算监理服务工作量,并通过实地调研、数据统计分析及假设检验等方法,提出一套具有普遍适用性和可操作性的监理人员配置办法。

| Abstract: | With the establishment and development of water conservancy construction supervision system,in order to standardize water conservancy construction supervision industry,improve project management level and optimize resources combination,it is quite necessary to make a set of scientific and reasonable water conservancy construction supervisor on-site allocation management approach.Based on the influencing factor recognition,this paper estimates the supervision service workloads with the division of construction stage and professional project.Then,a supervisor allocation method is put forward through field survey,data analysis and hypothesis inspection,which has general applicability and maneuverability. |
