| 摘 要： | 分析电厂1号机组突发的DCS故障。由于DCS系统的电源UPS发生故障,DCS计算机非正常停电重启,失去了大量的故障过程数据。通过收集各系统残存数据,对DCS部分原始数据解读,并结合设备现象,分析出DCS系统故障的总脉络,分析出过程中机组的重要工艺保护,分析出UPS故障后导致DCS系统故障的关键所在,并进一步提出了冗余电源切换装置的技术要求。
