| 摘 要： | 针对中小型齿轮制造企业计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)的现状和对CAPP系统的需求,基于“通用工艺规程”模块的工艺特征参数化思想,利用VB6.0软件,采用面向对象的ActiveX Automation技术,研究并开发了一个高效实用的齿轮CAPP系统,分析了齿轮CAPP系统的技术难点及解决措施,并将该系统实际应用于某齿轮制造企业.应用实例表明,所生成的工艺路线合理,格式规范,齿轮CAPP系统的应用提高了企业工艺部门的工作效率和企业的整体效益.

| Abstract: | In allusion to the current status and needs of Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP) system in the gear manufacturing for small and medium enterprises,based on the general process of the characteristics of parametric thoughts,using VB 6.0 software,using object-oriented ActiveX Automation technology to develop a more effective and practical gear CAPP system,analyzes and studies the gear CAPP system technical difficulties and measures,and the system is actually used in a gear manufacturer,application examples show that the formation of the process route is reasonable,the technical form is standard,gear chart CAPP system application raised the enterprise technology department work efficiency and the enterprise overall efficiency. |
