| 摘 要： | 以间苯二酚和三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,在对甲苯磺酸存在下,进行Pechmann缩合反应,生成7-羟基-4-三氟甲基香豆素,并采用正交设计法,优化了工艺条件,收率达89%,合成工艺具应用价值。
