摘    要:介绍了轴向缓进给磨削加工原理,建立了单颗金刚石磨粒磨削工程陶瓷的仿真模型,并就磨削力在X、Y、Z向上的分力对仿真结果的影响进行分析。最后通过对不同磨削条件下的单颗金刚石磨粒的磨削过程进行仿真,研究了砂轮转速、砂轮轴向进给速度、工件转速,以及磨粒锥角对磨削力的影响。

Abstract:Introducing the grinding mechanism of axial creep feed single diamond grain.Establishing a simulation model of the single grain grinding engineering ceramics and analyzing the simulation results of the grinding force in the X,Y,Z axis.Finally,making a study on the impact of grinding force upon the wheel speed,axial feed rate,workpiece speed and grain angle by simulating the single diamond abrasive grinding process under different grinding condition.
