摘    要:基于三菱M70数控系统,首先对涡旋型线理论及加工方法进行分析,着重探讨了C轴、X轴进给量与数控系统进给速度f与铣削速度ft的关系,并对涡旋定盘进行了精加工,实验结果表明其加工质量符合设计要求。

Abstract:Based on Mitsubishi M70 NC system,firstly,the theoretical analysis of scroll-type lines and the processing methods have been made,and then focused on the study of the relationship between the C-axis,the X-axis with NC feed rate f.Finally,Mitsubishi M70 CNC was used on the fine milling of the scroll plate.The experiment has showed that the result is fine.
