摘    要:通过电熔爆铣削加工的正交实验,运用数理统计方法研究了电熔爆铣削加工的特性.分析了电压、电流、进给速度、工件运动速度和气压等因素对电极损耗和加工速率两指标的影响.通过两指标的直观分析表和效应曲线图得出了电熔爆铣削加工的一些规律,并优化了工艺参数.

Abstract:By orthogonal test of electrical melting and explosion milling,the peculiarity of electrical melting and explosion milling has been researched using mathematical statistics.The influence of electric voltage,electric current,feeding speed,workpiece movement speed and air pressure on electrode consumption and processing efficiency has been analyzed.Through the analysis of direct analyzing table and effect diagram,the rule of electrical melting and explosion milling has been found,and process parameters have been optimized.
