钢管压力矫直模型有限元分析计算

摘    要:采用MARC有限元分析方法建立了钢管压力矫直计算模型,应用该模型进行矫直力的计算,解决有限元计算方法在自动矫直机中的应用问题.实例计算表明:该方法与理论计算吻合良好,证实了方法的实用性,为矫直设备向数控化和柔性化发展提供了参考.

Abstract:Sets up the calculation model of press straightening on steel tube with MARC FEM.Based on the model,the straightening power can be calculated,so it is solved to apply FEM to automatic straightening machine.An example is given,calculation results by FEM are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation.The validity of the method is proved.The important foundation for numerical control and flexibility of straightening machine is established.
