摘    要:将集对分析(Set Pair Analysis,SPA)、联系数(Connection Number,CN)与故障树理论相结合,分析信函分拣系统的识别模块故障的设备原因和人为因素,将系统或部件常介于故障与非故障之间的状态体现出来,从定量和定性两方面对信函分拣系统的识别单元进行可靠性分析,并就分析结果提出相关的改进和维护方案。研究的现实意义在于为高可靠、易于重构的优化信函分拣系统提供改进依据,为现阶段使用的设备维护、维修提供方便快捷的解决策略。

Abstract:Through the analysis on every kind of factors which could make the letters sorting system fault,the fault tree model was established.The reasons of the sorting system fault in possible combination way and its probability could be confirmed by the fault tree model.The conception of intermediate probability was introduced to analyse the fault tree from the number combined with the theory of connection number of set pair analysis.Then,the weakness was found to improve the sorting system reliability and equipment maintenance.
