碰摩转子动力学特性的有限元分析

摘    要:采用有限元方法对转子结构进行动力学建模,把碰摩作为力边界条件来处理,并对转子的碰摩进行了仿真分析。结果表明:将碰摩简化为碰摩力边界条件施加到转子有限元模型中进行转子碰摩分析,方便、有效,可推广到高维实际转子系统的碰摩分析。转子结构的碰摩具有较强的非线性,并表现出复杂的振动形式。当转子发生严重碰摩时,转子振动表现出混沌运动的一些特征。

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element method is employed to modeling an impact-rub rotor, in which the impact-rub is treated as a boundary condition. The dynamical response of the impact-rub rotor is analyzed. The result shows that: simplifying the impact-rub as a boundary condition of a rotor system is effective and it can be used in the analysis of a practical high dimensional rotor system. The response of an impact-rub rotor has rather stronger nonlinearity and is complicated. When serious impact-rub takes place, the rotor response has some features of chaos.
