| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型绿色表面活性剂烷基葡萄糖酰胺的独特性能，如表面张力、临界胶束浓度、泡沫性能、去污力、Krafft点、溶液性能、生物降解性和毒性等。详细阐述了国内外对烷基葡萄糖酰胺合成工艺研究的进展、目前存在的主要问题及发展动力，指出表面活性剂绿色化是未来的必然趋势及烷基葡萄糖酰胺的发展前景。

| Abstract: | The special properties of a novel green surfactant al kyl polyglucoside amide were introduced, such as surface tension, critical mice l le concentration(CMC), foaming, detersive power, Krafft point, dissolubility, bi ological degradability and toxicity. The progress of synthesis, the main prob lem s existed at present and development momentum on alkyl polyglucoside amide w ere reviewed in detail. This review indicated that the green surfactant was fut ure d evelopment trend of alkyl polyglucoside amide. |
