基于人机工程学的自行车骑姿改进设计

摘    要:结合与自行车骑姿相关的自行车主要结构和人体特性,分析了现有骑姿下人体的受力情况和人机工程学问题,诸如,鞍座对会阴的压迫、手臂长时间受静压、脊柱后凸导致颈部与腰部疼痛.在此基础上,对休闲自行车的骑姿进行了改进设计,给出了设计方法和设计实例.

Abstract:With considering the main structure of bicycle and the human body characteristics in bicycle-riding posture, the load added to human-body and the ergonomics problems under riding posture are analyzed, which include the pressure to pcrincum added by bicycle-saddle, the long-playing static pressure on arms and the neck-ache and waist-ache led by spine projecting backward. Basing on the analysis above, the riding posture of leisure bicycle is improved. The design approach is put forward as well. An example is given out to illustrate the method proposed in this paper.
