金属大应变非局部非弹性损伤本构关系的宏观实验研究

摘    要:利用弹塑性有限变形理论推导了大应变情况下的非局部非弹性损伤本构方程,以20号钢为例,用快速测量网格测量了其受拉时损伤点附近几个点的变形值,用数学回归方法得到了非局部影响函数,确定了大应变非局部非弹性损伤本构关系中的内变量。并由所得内变量确定了损伤演变规律,比较全面地描述了金属大应变应变应力—应变变化规律

Abstract:Equation of nonlocal and non elastic damage constituents of metal under large strain is derived by means of elastic-plastic limited theory and the deformation value of several points near the damage measured with quick measured grids and the non local affecting functions obtained using mathematical regression method and the inner variables of the nonlocal and non elastic damage constituents in metal under large strain gained and thereby the alw of metal damage evolution determined by the inner variables and law of variation in metal under large strain stress-strain comprehensively depicted.
