| 摘 要： | 介绍了四醚(邻(对)氨基苯甲醚、邻(对)氨基苯乙醚)的生产原理和工业生产过程;分析检测了四醚生产过程中可能产生的所有产物;然后参考反应介质的理化性质,结合工艺条件,对四醚生产过程进行了详细的安全原理分析,指出了生产过程中存在的主要危险并由此得出控制危险的主要因素,为实际工业生产的安全监控提供了指导;最后针对某工厂四醚生产车间,蒸馏塔发生燃烧事故进行深刻的安全分析,提出了相应的安全改进措施。

| Abstract: | The production theory and industrial process of four-aether (2-Anisidine,4-Anisidine,2-Aminophenetole,4-Aminophenetole) are introduced in the paper.All of the products that are produced in the production process are analyzed.The safety theory of four-aether production process is analyzed in detail,based on the physical and chemical properties of all mediums and the technology conditions.Thus,main hazzards in the production process are pointed out and the corresponding control parameters are obtained,which offer help to the supervision of the actual production process.Finally,some improving safety technologies are put forward for some four-aether production plant based on the special analysis of the distil tower combustion events of the plant. |
