乙酰水杨酸合成工艺研究

摘    要:研究了以冰乙酸作为催化剂,由水杨酸和乙酸酐合成乙酰水杨酸。较系统地研究了催化剂种类、物料比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对乙酰水杨酸收率的影响。结果表明,冰乙酸是一种比较好的反应催化剂。较佳反应条件为:水杨酸用量为2g,V(冰醋酸)=3mL,n(水杨酸)/n(乙酸酐)=1∶3.5,反应温度70℃,反应30min,乙酰水杨酸收率可达91.23%。

Abstract:The synthesis of acetyl salicylic acid by using salicylic acid and acetic anhydride with using glacial acetic acid as catalyst was studied. The factors which had effects on the yield of acetyl salicylic acid were researched systematically, such as types of catalysts, ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and time, etc. The results indicated that the glacial acetic acid was a good catalyst. And the yield of acetyl salicylic acid could reach 91.23% when the salicylic acid amounts was 2g, the acetic anhydride dosages was 3mL, the n(salicylic acid)/n(acetic anhydride)=1:3.5, and the reaction time and temperature was 30min and 70℃ respectively.
