摘    要:针对向家坝左岸电站800 MW级机组初次盘车后轴线摆度过大的问题,分析了机组摆度过大的原因,提出了通过机组轴线测量确定机组中心的方法,并以此为基础采用平移轴方法调整机组轴线的工艺方案.试验证明,利用平移轴方法进行轴线调整是可行的,可以有效地减小机组轴线摆度,使其满足水轮发电机安装要求,保障机组运行稳定.

Abstract:Aiming at the large swing of main shaft axis of 800 MW units in Xiangjiaba left bank hydropower station, the paper analyzes the causes of large swing, and proposes to determine the unit center by measuring shaft axis, on basis of which working out the shaft axis alignment plan which is axis translation. The test proves that the plan, which is feasible, is able to reduce the swing of shaft axis to the standard of Specification installation of hydraulic turbine generator units, which guarantees the stable operation of the units.
