| 摘 要： | 自 18 10年柏林大学成立以来 ,科学研究一直是近现代大学的一个重要职责 ,大学在整个国家科技工作中的地位举足轻重。在我国情况有所不同 ,科研在大学长期未得到应有的重视。相应地 ,高校科技方针也长期未有明确。本文回顾了中国高校科技发展的历程 ,尝试提出了新时期应遵循的高校科技方针 ,并从高校科技目标和实现目标的途径两个方面作了阐发。

| Abstract: | Since the establishment of Berlin University in 1810,sci-tech research has always been one of the key duty in modern universities, and the university plays an important role in a country's scientific undertakings. The thesis reviews the history of sci-tech research in the People's Republic of China, presents and elucidates the policy of sci-tech research in universities in the new century. |
