摘    要:采用酸浸法从剑麻柄中提取了酸洗缓蚀成分——剑麻总生物碱(JM—B)、用静态失重法探讨了JM—B作为酸洗缓蚀剂的最佳缓蚀条件,在研究范围内,w(JM—B)为0.40%的盐酸溶液(w=3%)中,30℃下,腐蚀时间为4h,缓蚀效率最高达87.4%;而与六次甲基四胺复配使用后缓蚀效率达到92.5%.利用Tafel极化曲线对其缓蚀机理进行了探讨,发现其为阴极型缓蚀剂.通过Frumkin吸附等温式的拟合计算,认为JM—B在碳钢上的吸附为单分子层吸附,且吸附分子间表现为引力.缓蚀剂的加入使碳钢在盐酸中溶解反应的表观活化能升高.

Abstract:A new species of environmental - friendly corrosion inhibitor of carbon steel in hydrochloric acid is extracted from sword haft. The overall alkaloid is extracted by the methods of maceration in acid. The temperature, concentration of acid, the quantities of overall alkaloid and corrosion time are the important factors of corrosion inhibition efficiency by measurement of weight lessen method . The experimental result shows that the synergistic action of overall alkaloid and sexa - methyl - tetra - amine can increase the corrosion inhibition efficiency. The Tafel polarization curve is determined by electrochemical working station, the corrosion current densities and corrosion potential for steel in HCl acid are obtained. It is concluded that its anionic inhibitor and its molecules are absorbed on steel face by single layer and gravitation between each other.
