壳牌煤气化装置锁斗阀应用现状及展望

在研究壳牌粉煤气化装置粉煤锁斗阀选型的基础上,分析比较了球阀和盘阀的结构特点及其用于粉煤锁斗阀的使用效果。结果表明：①球阀因其结构原因易出现卡涩憋压、密封面磨损等问题,使用寿命仅1～2个月;②盘阀的开关过程平稳顺畅,密封效果好,使用寿命长;③国内多家壳牌煤气化装置以盘阀取代球阀,可连续运行1年以上;④盘阀用于粉煤锁斗阀还需实现技术与设备成本双赢的目标。

Present Application Situation and Prospect for Hopper Sluice Valve in Shell Coal Gasification Plant

Based on researching selection of pulverized coal hopper sluice valve in the Shell pulverized coal gasification plant,author has analyzed and compared the structural features for globe valve and disc valve and their application effect used for pulverized coal hopper sluice valve.Result indicates that,（1） It was easy to cause problems of stoppage and shut down of pressure and wear of sealing surface and so on due to structural reason of globe valve,the service life was only 1 ～ 2 months;（2） On / off action of disc valve was stable and smooth,with good sealing effect and long service life;（3） The globe valves are replaced by disc valves in some shell coal gasification plants in China,they can continuously run in more than 1 year;（4） Disc valve is used for pulverizedhopper sluice valve,it is needed yet to realize double win targets of technology and equipment cost.
