双管生产管柱改单管配套修井技术应用与实践

摘    要:渤海海上油田一批双管生产井管柱结构复杂,井口设备及井下工具年久失修,使得后续修井作业非常困难。经过技术攻关,解决了这类井修井难题,实现了起出双管生产管柱后下入结构简单、可靠实用的单管管柱进行生产的目的。结合渤中34-2/4老油田大修作业成功实践,重点介绍了将双管生产管柱改为单管管柱的主要配套修井工艺,为后续同类井的修井治理提供经验借鉴。

Abstract:A serials dual-strings were complicated in structure and the wellhead facilities and down hole tools have been neglected for years in Bohai offshore oilfield, which made the following well-repairing very difficulty. In order to solve this problem, these daul-strings were dug out and replaced by single-strings with simple structure and reliable and practical in use after technological improving. Based on the successful practice of Bohai center oilfield 34-2/4, well-repair matching technology for changing the daul-strings into single-strings was introduced in this paper, which provided experiences for same wells-repairing in follows.
