单摄像机测头成像视觉坐标测量系统建模

摘    要:本文提出了一种新型视觉坐标测量系统--单摄像机测头成像视觉价值测量系统。提出了利用已知目标测头与被测表面接触实现视觉坐标测量的新思想,建立了确定目标测头三维(六自由度)运动的线性系统模型,实现了对被测表面的坐标测量,同时分析了系统分辨力。通信仿真验证了系统建模的正确性。

Abstract:The study describes a new vision coordinate measuring system-probe imaging vision coordinate measuring system using a single camera It proposes a new idea in vision coordinate measurement that uses a known objective-probe to contact with the surface to be measured and deduces a linear model which can distinguish six freedoms of objective-probe Thus, it can also gain the coordinates of the surface to be measured The study analyzes some factors which affect the resolution of the system The simulating experiments have shown that the system model is available
