PTA氧化催化剂技术及其应用

摘    要:PTA氧化生产采用钴锰溴三元复合催化体系,现采用多种复合形态的催化剂。笔者综合比较固态的钴锰醋酸盐、溶液态钴锰溴催化剂及溶液态钴锰溴化物复合催化剂。分析表明这3种形态的催化剂催化性能相当,PTA生产的单位消耗相近;溶液态钴锰溴化物复合催化剂使用方便且制造成本较低。

Abstract:A catalyst system composed of elements of cobalt, manganese and bromine is used for the oxidation production of PTA and now different compounds of cobalt and manganese and combining methods have been used to produce this kind of catalyst. In this paper, three different catalysts which are solid cobalt and manganese acetate, cobalt and manganese acetate solution and cobalt and manganese bromine solution have been reviewed. It is found that these catalysts have equal effect on the oxidation reaction and the catalyst consumption of industrial plants is similar. But cobalt and manganese bromide catalyst solution is more convenient for industrial application and its manufacturing cost is lower than others.
