| Abstract: | The paper explains the advantages and disadvantages during the rehabilitation of old town of Beijing. It also analogizes the conflicts, and comments the amendment direction in the future. The paper also proposes the establishment of laws, regulations, policies and principles of organization structure for the old town conservation and development in Beijing to reach its maturity. |
