关于中国烟草卷烟品牌培育的思考

摘    要:分析了目前我国烟草品种培育存在的问题,认为缺乏完善的培育体系、工商业双方利益不对称及品牌所有权归属不清是影响品牌培育的主要原因,并提出培育卷烟品牌必须明确各方职责、规范品牌定位、搭建培育平台。

Abstract:Analyzing the problems which exist in our country's cigarette brand cultivation system, the paper puts forward that the primary reasons affecting the system are the lack of consummate cultivation system, the dissymmetry of the benefits distribution between the industry and commerce, and the unclearness of the brand property rights and suggests that it is essential to make all quarters responsibilities clear, confirm the brand localization, and build the cultivation platform in order to create competitive cigarette brand.
