The Research on the Contract Management under Project Amount List Price Calculation Model

Since the implementation of contract law and other relative laws and regulations in 1979, the building of the legal system and scientific management in construction contract in china have entered a new stage. But there are still several key issues for us to probe into and try to find their solutions. Currently, our engineering management is poor on the whole, people have low awareness of the importance of contracts and managerial talents are badly needed, thus making it hard to strictly observe contracts. All these problems demand prompt solution in the construction industry nowadays. Contracts are the methods and steps we shall take in modern project management （MPM） and it will enable us to carry out project management smoothly. To reinforce the management of contracts, we＇ d better think of these problems more scientifically, logically and efficiently.
