劣化绝缘子检测方法的对比分析

摘    要:分析了2006年年初郑州供电区域220kV线路零值自爆掉串导致导线落地事故,结合实际测量的数据和试验室数据,讨论了近年来高压输电线路上悬式绝缘子串检测零值绝缘子的各种方法:短路叉法、火花间隙法、小球放电法、红外热像仪法、绝缘电阻法、激光多谱勒振动法、电压分布法、紫外成像法和智能绝缘子检测仪法,并比较了各种方法的优缺点。认为,检测劣化绝缘子必须严格按照规程规定的应在绝缘子表面干燥时测量绝缘电阻,建议对重要线路或变电站进行改造时,应将盘形悬式和玻璃绝缘子更换为复合绝缘子。

Abstract:At the beginning of 2006,the insulators on 220 kV transmission lines in Zhengzhou area suffered a failure of self-shattering of insulator with zero resistance leading to line conductor drop down to ground.Combine the measuring and laboratory dates methods used in recent years for detecting faulty insulators on HV transmission lines were discussed.Such as many studies focused on finding an effective and convenient way to detect insulator defects.General methods of detecting low resistance insulators include: voltage distribution method,IR thermal imaging method,short circuiting fork method,spark gap method,electrode sparking method,laser Doppler vibrating method,UV imaging method and intelligent insulator monitoring method etc.All these methods were compared.It is stated that the detection of faulty porcelain insulators shall be carried out when dry according to the regulations.Suggestion is made to use composite insulators instead of porcelain and glass insulators at renovation of the important transmission lines and substations.
