高纯度羟基磷灰石纳米功能材料的制备工艺

摘    要:本文利用碳酸钙高温分解得到的氧化钙和磷酸为原料,通过湿式法制备医用生物活性陶瓷羟基磷灰石(HAP)。用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等技术对陶瓷材料的组织结构和化学组成进行分析。结果表明在适当工艺条件下。得到的钙磷陶瓷产物为高纯度的羟基磷灰石纳米材料。该方法容易操作,重复性好,适于大批量工业生产,是制备高纯度羟基磷灰石纳米功能材料的理想方法。

Abstract:In this paper the bioactive ceramic,hydroxyapatite(HAP),was prepared by wet method using calcium oxide obtained from decomposition of calcium carbonate and phosphate acid as raw materials X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)were used to characterize the structure and chemical composition of the fabricated materials,and the results show that the product obtained under a proper condition is high-pure hydroxyapatite nanometer material.This method can be used in industry production of high-pure hydroxyapatite nanometer functional material because of a variety of advantages of the technique,such as easily fabrication and well reproduction.
