聚碳酸酯/ABS-g-MAH塑料合金的研究

摘    要:聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)塑料合金是目前应用很广,很具有商业化价值的合金材料.在对马来酸酐(MAH)和过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)进行优化的基础上制备ABS-g-MAH接枝物,然后使用傅立叶红外检测马来酸酐(MAH)是否已经接枝到ABS上;再将PC与一定含量的ABS-g-MAH混合造粒,结果表明ABs-g-MAH可以提高PC的耐环境应力开裂能力及增加PC的熔体速率,而较小地降低PC的力学性能.

Abstract:Polycarbonate(PC)/Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene(ABS) is a widely used commercial plastic alloy.ABS-g-MAH were prepared after optimizing the content of MAHleic anhydride(MAH) and benzoyl peroxide(BPO).And Fourier Transform Infrared Reflect(FTIR) was used to testify whether MAH has grafted onto ABSchain or not.Samples of PC/ABS-g-MAH alloy with different blending ratio were prepared,the results showedthat ABS-g-MAH improved the resistance of solvent and the melt flow ability of PC,though the mechanicalproperties of PC/ABS alloy decreased slightly compared with pure PC.
