武山铜矿胶结充填体顶板稳定性浅析

江铜集团武山铜矿自2007年开始在该矿北矿带试验下向水平分层胶结充填采矿法;通过两年多的实践摸索,解决了一系列工艺环节问题。由于胶结充填体作为采场顶板,故胶结体的稳定性研究是矿山生产技术的一项关键工作。本文从定性定量的角度分析了胶结体的受力状态,从采场实际生产出发,总结了提高顶板稳定性的措施。

The Stability Analyses to Top Tray of the Cemented Backfill Process in Wushan Copper Mine

Since 2007,underhand sublevel cemented backfill mining method has been used in north zone of Wushan Copper Mine.After two years practice,this method solved lots of problems in process.Since the cemented backfill body is to be the top tray,so the research of cemented stability should be the key point of mining production technology.This article analyses the stress of cemented and summarizes the effective measures to improve the stability of top tray
