摘    要:在H.264/AVC标准中,帧间预测一直是编码过程最耗时的部分。为减少帧间预测编码时间,提高编码速度,在保持全部功能的情况下修改了JM代码中帧间预测的结构流程,并在新的结构的基础上提出新的预测算法:Skip模式的优先选择和多参考帧选择的新判断标准。实验结果表明,在PSNR和码率基本保持不变的情况下,编码时间减少了51%~67%。

Abstract:In standard H.264/AVC, inter-frame prediction takes most of the encoding time. In order to reduce the in- ter-frame prediction encoding time and improve the coding speed, a new prediction structure is proposed, which hold the whole function. Based on the new struction, new algorithm about the preferred selection of Skip mode and the selection of multiple reference frames was proposed. Experimental results show that the new algorithm achieves an average saving of 51%~67% in encoding time, with negligible effect on bit rate and PSNR.
