Gamma-Ray method for measuring liquid expansion coefficient at high temperatures and pressures |

| Abstract: | Expandable vessels were designed to measure the density and thermal expansion coefficients of liquid at elevated temperatures and pressures by the gamma-ray attenuation method. Light Arabian vacuum bottoms was tested from 70°C to 300°C at 13.8 MPa. Results agree well with literature data. |
