摘    要:目的:FFAP毛细管柱直接进样法测定自酿白酒中甲醇浓度。方法:白酒直接进样气相色谱仪,通过DB-FFAP色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测白酒中甲醇浓度。结果:黄米为原料自酿白酒中甲醇浓度为0.051mg/mL,大米为原料自酿白酒中甲醇浓度为0.018mg/mL,均低于国家标准0.4mg/mL的要求。

Abstract:Objective FFAP capillary column direct sample injection to determine the concentration of methanol in hand-brewed liquor.Methods Direct sample injection was used for the analysis of methanol by GC(DB-FFAP column,FID).Results The concentrations of methanol in yellow rice-brewed liquor and rice brewed liquor were 0.051mg/ml and 0.018mg/ml,which were all below the standard of 0.4mg/mL.
