新型隔爆变压器箱壳螺栓和法兰的受力分析

摘    要:根据隔爆变压器箱壳的受力情况,对箱壳螺栓和法兰的受力进行简化分析,提出螺栓与法兰的强度计算方法和相应的改进措施。经过改进,解决了水压试验时螺栓弯曲变形大、法兰外凸变形严重的难题;同时,增加了法兰的加工余量,节省了材料,也为螺栓法兰的设计和制造提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the bolt and the flange were analysed according to the loading condition ot the flameproof transformer cabinet, and the strength calculation method was presented. Some measures which improve their performance were presented. The problem that the deformation of the bolt and the flange is very large during hydraulic test was resolved. The allowance of the flange was increased and material was reduced. As a result, the presented method could provide a scientific principle for the design and manufacture of the bolt and the flange.
