聚酰胺12制品3D打印成型力学性能研究

摘    要:应用3D打印技术中的熔融沉积成型法(FDM)和选择性激光烧结工艺(SLS)制备聚酰胺12(PA12)试样,研究了3D打印中构建不同取向方式对PA12力学性能的影响。同时,将3D打印试样与传统注射成型试样对比,比较了两者的性能差异。结果表明,FDM技术中构建不同打印取向影响PA12制品的力学性能,与注射成型相比,FDM试样的拉伸强度可达注塑件的56.3 %左右,断裂伸长率约为注塑件的60.9 %;SLS技术中,不同打印取向对制品的拉伸强度无明显影响,其拉伸强度可达注塑件的90 %以上,但其断裂伸长率较低,不足注塑件的10 %。

Research on Mechanical Properties of PA12 Products by 3D Printing
Abstract:In this paper, fused deposition modeling (FDM) and selective laser sintering (SLS) were employed to prepare 3D printed polyamide 12 samples. The effect of orientation in 3D printing on samples was studied and compared with injection molded ones. The tensile strength and elongation at break of FMD samples could be 56.3 % and 60.9 % of those for injection molded ones, respectively. In contrast, the tensile strength of SLS samples was greater than 90 % of injection molded ones, however, the elongation at break was below 10 % of injection molded ones.
