化学生物法联合纯化木质素及其对脲醛树脂胶粘剂性能的改进

摘    要:采用连续浸提和半纤维素酶处理方法联合,从工业碱木质素(M 1)中脱去糖类物质后得到纯度不等的木质素样品M 2和M 3,同时进行木质素脲醛树脂的制备.结果表明,木质素经过抽提和酶处理后得到木质素M 3,其木质素纯度为97%,当其添加量为甲醛和尿素总量的35%时,合成的胶粘剂的粘结性能优良,具有资源环保意义.

Abstract:Alkaline lignin were removed the sugar by the continuous immersion and extraction processes and then treated with xylanase and got a kind of lignin which content 97%"purified lignin". The results indicated that when the purified lignin were 35% total weight of formaldehyde and urea ,the performance of adhesive was satisfactory and it has great meaning of resource environmental protection.
