光纤尺寸检测系统中的电信号处理

摘    要:论述了用光纤代替复杂的光学透镜组来实现光电在线尺寸检测的原理及实现方法,并详细讨论了有关的具体应用电路及信号的处理方法。由于信号的处理采用了微分法,使边缘分辨精度得以提高,同时采用单片机进行计算及显示,使整机的检测精度提高并实现了自动化,从而使本系统成为具有实用性的高精度在线尺寸动态检测系统。

Abstract:The principle of electro-optical on-line size measuring system and the way to reach it by using optic-fibre searching unit instead of optical lens has been described in this paper. The practical applied circuit and the treatment method of singnal is discussed in detail. The adoption of differentiation in signal treatment highten the precision on edge resolving and the employment of microprocessor on compute and display raise the measuring precision of system and realize automatic measruemeat so that this is a high preaision dynamic size measuring system.
