摘    要:电力电子装置开关频率的提高带来了开关损耗与器件损坏问题、感性关断和电磁干扰等一系列新问题。有效克服这些缺陷的方法是采用谐振软开关技术,然而,传统的直流环节谐振型逆变器存在两个明显的缺点:开关器件的电压应力大;电压过零点与逆变器开关策略难以同步,使逆变器输出有大量次谐波。该文提出一种新型的直流环节并联谐振软开关技术,重点分析了此种软开关逆变器的拓扑结构、工作原理和特点,并通过实验验证了其原理和可行性。

Abstract:The raise of power electronic device's switching frequency brings on a series of problems such as switching loss, component wastage, inductive turn off and electromagnetic interference etc. The method to overcome these shortcomings is resonant soft switching technology. However, the traditional DC link resonant inverter has two main disadvantages: high voltage stress and it is very difficult to synchronize the zero-crossing point with inverter's switching strategy, which makes the out of inverter has much harmonic element. This paper puts forward a novel DC link parallel resonant soft switching technology. It mainly analyses the topology, working principle of the soft switching inverter. Finally it validates its theory and feasibility through experiment.
