油田压裂用低残渣羟丙基胍胶合成工艺与性能研究

摘    要:针对普通胍胶残渣含量高,易对地层造成损害这一问题,室内研制出了低于低残渣羟丙基胍胶。文中介绍了低残渣羟丙基胍胶的合成反应原理,研究了合成过程中相转移催化剂,醚化剂、碱量、反应温度,反应时间等因素对产品粘度和残渣含量的影响以及使用性能,最后提出了油田压裂用低残渣丙基胍胶的合成工艺技术条件。

Abstract:As the high content of common guar's residue is harmful to stratum.A hydroxypropylguar gum with low residue has been developed in the laboratory.This paper introduces the synthetic reaction principle,and studies the influence of the factors,such as temperature,reaction time,phase transfer catalysts,etherification agent and alkalinity etc.to product viscosity,residue content and its performance.The synthetic process technology factors of low residue hydroxypropylguar gum for fracturing in oil field are provided.
