鼓泡塔中膜气体分布器的气含率研究

摘    要:以空气-水体系和空气-1%(v)乙醇水溶液体系对核孔膜气体分布器研究了在鼓泡塔中气含率与表现气速间的关系,采用漂移通量模型进行分析,并与筛网分布器进行比较.结果表明,核孔膜气体分布器使器内流动状况更加均匀,气含率有大幅度地提高.

Abstract:Relationships between gas bold-up and apparent gas velocity are studied for the systemsof air-water and air-alcoholic solution of 1%(v) using a gas distributor of nuclear radiation rnembrane inthe bubbling-column reactor. Experimental results are analpyzed by the drift flux model and comparedthe om of screen distributor. The experimental results show that the flow in the reactor is more uniformand gas hold-up in the reactor is highly increased by using the rnembrane gas distributor.
