| Abstract: | A high speed pnpn thyristor,which combines with semiconductor laser diode for laser emitting pulse is given.Its design,manufacture methods and parameter test results are also given.This device is applicable to laser communication,detonator,range finding,small radar,analog shoot,game gun and vehicle collision protection and so on.It can also apply to various kinds of pulse power and pulse switch. |
