摘    要:为了将流花11-1-24C3ST02 大位移延伸井的?177.8 mm尾管下到预定深度,采取了5项主要技术措施:(1)?215.9 mm井段中采用了随钻扩眼技术;(2)?215.9 mm井段中采用了旋转导向钻井技术;(3)首次应用了?177.8 mm尾管漂浮技术;(4)首次应用了钻柱旋转头;(5)在?177.8 mm尾管送入钻柱中使用了32柱加重钻杆。通过以上技术措施的实施,成功地实现了作业目标,为流花油田今后更高难度的大位移延伸井?177.8 mm尾管下入作业积累了宝贵的经验。

Abstract:To run a ?177.8 mm OD liner to the target depth in Liuhua 11-1-24C3ST02 extended reach well, five main technical measures were taken, which were drilling the ?215.9 mm open hole with reaming while drilling technique; drilling the ?215.9 mm open hole with rotary steerable drilling technique; first applying floatation technique in running the liner string in South China Sea; first taking SWIVELMASTERTM to run the liner in China; utilizing 32 joints of ?139.7 mm OD high weight drill pipe in upper section to increase available slack off weight. By the measures above, the ?177.8 mm OD liner was successfully put in the target depth, and valued experience was obtained, which would make the operator more confident in future to treat more difficult extended reach wells in Liuhua field.
