渤海疏松砂岩油藏水平井筒携砂能力数值模拟研究

摘    要:渤海疏松砂岩稠油油藏适度出砂开采过程中,产出砂粒随稠油进入水平井筒后容易沉积形成砂床,造成油层砂埋、油管砂堵等危害。基于流体力学理论,根据渤海疏松砂岩油藏的基本参数,利用FLUENT流体力学软件对适度出砂开采过程中水平井筒流场特性进行了数值模拟,得到了井筒流速、出砂量、出砂粒径、稠油黏度等敏感参数对携砂能力和井筒压降的影响规律:在渤海疏松砂岩油藏条件下,井筒流速和稠油黏度对携砂能力的影响均存在临界值,当井筒流速或稠油黏度达到临界值时,随着流速或黏度的增大,井筒砂床高度和悬浮层含砂体积分数均趋于稳定。同时,对井筒压降的影响程度依次为稠油黏度、井筒流速、出砂粒径和出砂量。该结果可为渤海疏松砂岩油藏适度出砂开采工艺设计提供理论依据。
