摘    要:由安全稳定控制(简称安控)装置动作远切110 kV终端站使主供电源失电时,110 kV侧备用电源自动投入装置(简称备自投)不应动作,但由其他原因使主供电源失电时,备自投应正确动作,常规备自投无法区分这2种情况.文中介绍一种适应安控系统的微机备用电源自动投入策略,提出电压不平衡度启动备自投,电压、频率异常闭锁备自投,能够有效地区分上述2种情况.实验测试结果和现场运行情况令人满意.

Abstract:When the principal power is cut off by the safety and stability control device, the backup power automatic device at the side of 110 kV line shouldn' t act. However, if the principal power is cut off by relay protection, the backup power automatic device should plunge into service at once. Conventional backup power automatic devices can't distinguish these two situations. This paper discusses a novel operation strategy of the backup power automatic device applied to power system safety and stability control. In accordance with voltage imbalance, frequency or voltage abnormality, when the backup power automatic device should be put into service is presented. The proposed strategy is proved effective with test results and field operation.
