| 摘 要： | 提出一种地区配电网建设规模的模糊综合评估方法.运用灰色关联分析原理和数学规划方法分别建立规模指标对国民经济和社会发展的适应度模型并计算规模指标适应度系数,分别计算其在所定义的模糊隶属度函数下的隶属度值,通过模糊运算得到反映规模指标大小的综合隶属度;应用主客观综合赋权法确定各规模指标对综合规模的贡献权重系数,运用加权综合评判原理建立模糊综合评判模型以得到综合规模的评判等级及其"等级适配度".以某地区电网"九五"建设规划为例进行了实例检验.评价结论与电网实际规模水平相符,表明本文提出的方法适应性强,能够实现对地区电网建设规模的综合定量客观评估.
