| 摘 要： | 为合理制定一种新型轧辊用钢的热处理工艺,研究了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,过冷组织中存在大量未溶碳化物和组织偏析,通过提高奥氏体化温度可使碳化物充分溶解,得到均匀的组织。

| Abstract: | In order to institute a suitable heat treatment technology,the continuous cooling transformation curve of a new type roll steel was studied.The results showed that carbide and segregation were still existent in supercooling microstructures.The carbide could be dissolved by increasing austenizing temperature,and homogeneous microstructures were gained. |
