摘    要:激励问题是现代企业制度要解决的主要问题之一.领导与团队组建都可以对工程师进行激励,两者的成效对设计咨询企业激励员工均具有非常重要的指导意义.该文通过对领导与团队组建在激励员工时的作用及相互关系进行分析,并运用分析结果,对某著名设计咨询企业如何激励工程师进行了实证分析.从而得出领导与团队组建在激励工程师时,可以相互并存、配合与补充,企业应该针对自身和员工的特点,有针对性地制定激励策略,从而使激励起到预期的效果的结论.

Abstract:Motivation is one of the most major problems to be resolved in modern enterprise system.Both leadership and team building can motivate employees,and they both play very important role in enterprise employees motivation.This paper makes an analysis on the roles played by leadership and team building in employees motivation and their correlations,also with the analysis result,the article makes empirical analysis on engineer motivation in a famous design consultation company.Thus which concludes that leadership and team building can coexist,interact and mutually complement when motivate employees,thus enterprises should make targeted motivation strategies based on characters of itself and its employees so as to realize expected effect.
